"Shin-chan! That little boy's too close to the edge! He's going to fall!" You watched a little boy, who was admiring the train tracks, take a step closer to the edge of the platform. His mother was looking away, talking to someone on the phone. You tugged on the sleeve of your boyfriend, Midorima Shintaro. A pair of green, uninterested eyes glanced at you before scanning the area, his eyes immediately landing on the boy.
"Stop calling me that. And if he falls, that would be his mother's fault, nanodayo."
"This is serious!"
"And so am I, idiot." He adjusted his glasses and continued reading the book he was holding. "Just leave him be."
The boy leaned ever so slightly. Then chaos started. You saw his foot slip, which made him lose balance. As he began to fall towards the train tracks, you could hear the loud horn of the train, notifying everyone that it's near.
Instinct won over logic and you ran at full speed in order to catch him before the train's arrival.
"WATCH OUT!"
You immediately grabbed the boy and pulled him from the edge just in time. However, you weren't expecting that you'd be extremely close to the tracks. You began to lose your balance. Unfortunately, you backed up towards the staircase. Any chance of regaining your balance was futile. So, you held the boy protectively as you tumbled down the flight of stairs. As you reached the bottom, you disregarded the pain and immediately turned towards the boy.
"Are you okay? Are you hurt?" You asked. Gasps and murmurs were heard all throughout the station. The boy was shaking in your arms. However, his teary eyes slowly met your worried gaze and nodded. After a long sigh, relief washed over you. "That's good." You carefully put the boy down and dusted him and yourself off.
The mother ran to her son and inspected him for injuries before turning to you. "Thank you so much for saving my baby boy," she said with tears in her eyes. "You're welcome!" You replied with a smile. You crouched down in front of the boy and patted his head "Make sure you be careful next time, okay?"
"Okay! Thank you miss!" He smiled at you and then left with his mother to catch the next train, making sure to admire the tracks within the safety line.
"[Name]!"
Looking around, you saw your green-haired boyfriend running to you. "Oh hi, Shin-chan!" He grabs your shoulders and inspects you from head to toe. "Are you hurt?"
"Aww, my tsundere cares so much about my safety!" An adorable blush tainted his cheeks. "I don't! And I'm not a tsundere!" You two continued to bicker until he grabbed your wrist. Pain shot up your arm and you quickly pulled away. "See? You're hurt. Where else?"
"It's just my wrist! Nothing else! Now let's go! I want to go home already!" You grabbed his hand and began to walk towards the train, ignoring the pain crawling up your right leg. Midorima could only sigh as he allowed you to drag him all the way.
As soon as you got home, Midorima went straight for the medical kit and forced you to sit down on the couch. You knew he was going to go full-on doctor mode. That means strict prohibitions from your favorite activities and focus solely on recovery. "I said I'm fine! I just need to put ice on my wrist!" You exclaimed with confidence. That confidence shattered when he grabbed your right ankle. "OW! Shin-chan!"
"You expect me to believe you fell down nearly 25 steps of stairs and not get injured?"
"No, but still, I was pretty heroic back there wasn't I?" He flicked your forehead and put an ice pack on your wrist as well as your ankle. "Idiotic is the word you're looking for."
"Heh, just admit it Tsun-Tsun, you love me even more for my altruistic personality!~"
"Shut up, idiot. Now go to sleep. I'll tell your parents what happened." He stood up and went to the other room to call your parents. Soon, drowsiness took over you and you fell into a deep sleep.
Midorima returned only to find you sleeping. He sat down beside you and carefully played with your hair. With a sigh, he glanced at your bruises then back at you. He gingerly kissed your forehead. A small smile formed on his lips. "You may be a hero, but you're still my idiot.."

"HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Shin-chan that was corny!" You sprang up from the bed, unable to hold in your laughter.
"YOU WERE AWAKE?!"

Imayoshi xReader (Overwhelmed)
You screamed in frustration, screamed it into your pillow of course. Lord knows that if you tried to scream your frustrations out loud without any muffling you'd get nothing but another cold-hearted lecture from your parents.
You wanted to fucking scream to the heavens! It was so unfair.
Perfect child...
You made grades without effort and had a spotless discipline record. But the problem was home.
You had no outlet.
You bottled up all your school frustrations over fights between friends, verbal and physical bullying, and even the occasional bad test grade.
You were expected to keep the same composure at home.
But it was hard not having

Not As Perfect [Aomine Daiki x Reader]
You found him on the rooftop, asleep; you expected little else. His head was rested on his arms which were raised above his head, his jacket covering his eyes so the sun didn’t disturb him. It was kind of cute, in your opinion, but you were sure he wouldn’t be impressed if his girlfriend called him cute, of all things.
As you sat down beside his unconscious figure you spotted a magazine poking out of his partially unzipped backpack. You didn’t even need to read the name to know what it was, and you rolled your eyes. Yet you still reached over and pulled it out, flicking through a few pages. There was no point in lying ̵

Hey there! So this was my first oneshot and I am absolutely proud of it (despite the cringe-worthy plot and grammar). Still, I'll be proofreading all my fanfics so stick around.
